MPM Hotel Condor is a four-star All Inclusive Light hotel in the quieter northern part of Sunny Beach, on the first line and around 50 metres from the public beach. It combines a practical seaside location with an outdoor pool, children’s section and compact rooms for couples and small families.

The hotel is separated from the public sandy beach by the promenade. The beach is around 50 m away; beach loungers and umbrellas are an external paid service. At the hotel, guests can use the outdoor pool, children’s section and complimentary poolside loungers and parasols.

🍽️ Food & drinks

All Inclusive Light includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, selected drinks and daytime snacks according to the hotel programme. The main restaurant has a garden terrace, and the pool bar serves drinks and snacks during the day.

Our contract includes two sellable categories: Twin Room Standard and Twin Room Sea View. Both are priced per person per night and have a maximum occupancy of three guests. The Sea View category is kept separate and uses only official images explicitly identified by MPM as Sea View.
